Pattah Development is a family-owned real estate investment and development company with decades of experience acquiring, developing, and repositioning commercial properties.
Our roots date back to the 1990s, when the Pattah family served as a preferred developer for Rite Aid. In 2007, Pattah Development acquired 14 former Farmer Jack grocery stores from A&P, repositioning and redeveloping the properties into successful multi-tenant shopping centers and retail destinations.
Today, Pattah Development owns and manages more than two million square feet of commercial real estate across multiple states, with a strong presence throughout Southeast Michigan. Our portfolio spans retail, grocery-anchored centers, fitness, hospitality, and mixed-use properties, including the 5,500-acre Shanty Creek Resort in Northern Michigan.
Still family-owned and hands-on, we focus on quality assets, strong relationships, and long-term value. We acquire with vision, improve with purpose, and invest for generations.
